SERVICES

So what’s your goal? Would you like a nicer smile? Are you having problems chewing? Are you worried about keeping your teeth for a lifetime? Well, all of that and more is what I have trained for. Your teeth and gums are just a part of the bigger picture of your body’s health. Let’s talk about these concerns that you may have and let me help put things in perspective.

Periodontal Treatment

This deals with the gums and the bone. Teeth are like trees – if there is no dirt to hold them in, they fall over (out)! We will thoroughly clean your teeth above and under the gums and give you the tools you need to keep them healthy. Read More…

Restorative Treatment

Fillings and crowns. You know what a filling is – you get a cavity and the hole needs to be filled! I’ve had a ton of them myself and know exactly what you are feeling. I’ll be gentle – promise.

When a tooth gets too heavily filled, you need something more. The old name for a crown was a cap. This gives you a much better idea of what it does. The tooth stump is covered over with a protective porcelain covering colored to resemble or duplicate a tooth. Read More…

Cosmetic Treatment

You’ve seen the extreme makeovers. We can do amazing things with crowns, veneers (which are like mini crowns) and bleaching. I devoted a whole page concerning bleaching which you can reach by clicking here (link). One technique that I enjoy doing is smoothing down the edges of the teeth so that they look even. This doesn’t even require novocaine and can really make your teeth look “younger.” A beautiful smile is within the reach of most all of us, so please ask! Read More…

Dentures, Implants and Tooth Replacement

Not all of us have had perfect luck with our teeth and damage has been done. It’s ok. There are a lot of alternatives to dealing with missing teeth. Implant technology can create a result that is almost as good as the real thing. Dentures can be more than just functional, they can also look good! Who’d have thought? Read More…

Snore Guards and Sleep Apnea Appliances

I snore. I could lose some weight. I could probably use some bigger nasal passages. In some cases, this can be treated with a dental appliance. I wear one myself! Read More…

Oral Diagnosis

When we look at your teeth, we also examine the structures surrounding them. Of course we are keeping our eyes wide open for cancerous lesions, but you can see other issues that might be indicative of your general health. Reflux, medications, bleeding problems, diabetes and more will often manifest themselves in the mouth. I don’t wish any of these ills on you, but the irritation or bleeding that you have felt may be a systemic problem and not just a toothbrushing one. Read More…
